Resolution:
iProcess is a separate product from InConcert (IC) and TIBCO BusinessWorks Collaborator (BWC). There is no migration path from IC to iProcess. The customer will need to redesign their system by moving to iProcess. The IC customers can upgrade to the latest 7.3 system and continue to be supported. There are no current plans to retire the latest IC and BWC versions. The migration to latest BWC and IC is simpler as the IC database is still used.
