Resolution:
The TIBCOInstallationManager is a GUI tool and cannot be executed under the console mode.

To uninstall TIBCO products under the console mode, you have to uninstall them one by one using the uninstaller under the _uninst folder for each component. Use command line: "./Tibuninstall.bin -is:javaconsole -console " for console mode.

You can follow this sequence:
Designer-&gtTRA-&gtTPCL-&gtHawk-&gtRV-&gtJRE-&gtUniversal Installer
Then you can delete the directories remained.
