Resolution:
Description: can't delete pools because of role assignments.
If the Permanent Job is the problem, this can be solved using the PC GUI
by using Process Designer and selecting active processes,
finding the permanent job, suspend it, then edit task,
changing role assignment to EMPTY POOL
(Other active jobs should be checked first to ensure that
no other outstanding role assignments exist.)
This is fixed in 6.0 of TIBCO InConcert.
