Resolution:
The FA publisher does not publish Null values when the 'Repeating' checkbox is enabled for the schema configuration. Repeating field specifies whether repeated delimiters should be ignored. If selected, any repeated delimiters between fields are translated as only one field separator. If this check box is cleared, then repeated delimiters are translated as empty fields.
The attached sample (Filename:Support_test.zip) with input file demonstrates this.
