Resolution:
tibemsadmin commands can be used with destination names which have spaces by using quotes.
For example, if we want to delete the queue name "x y z", use it as mentioned in the bracket ( delete queue "x y z" ).
This is true for any commands dealing with names which have spaces in between them.
