Resolution:
The advisory you are seeing indicates that the RVTS (task scheduling) layer has scheduled a piece of work to multiple entities, and that apparently both have completed the work.  At the DQ layer this means that the parameters set for the queue's session had DQ send a certified message to another worker because the first worker did not respond fast enough.  These parameters are affected by the timeout values of accept and complete.

The use of distributed queue does not depend on the knowledge of the RVTS advisories.  Dependencies on them are not recommended since the functionality that RVTS provides may or may not be available in future releases of the product.
