Resolution:
This issue happens mostly on AIX in Admin(5.3, 5.4) with TRA(5.3, 5.4, 5.5) versions
when the EARs have too many global variables with it. The issue is related to
internal alogrithm at the WFC layer.

Workaround:

Add the below property in your tibcoadmin_&ltdomainName>.tra and restart the
Admin Server.

java.property.WFC.SILK_SUPPORT_ENABLED=true
