Check the Event Viewer to see the details of the NT 2140 error. It is possible that you have not specified the script correctly in the TIB/Hawk configuration panel. You need to specify double quotes around the entire script and arguments. For example, "cmd /c c:\tibco\hawk\bin\alert". In this case when using cmd, you also need to specify, "allow service to interact with desktop" for the Event Service in the NT Service Manager.
