Resolution:
There are some customers used TIVOLI TEC 3.8 and 3.9.
Basically, there is not much problem except dynamic port feature introduced from 3.8.
At the time Hawk Adapter for Tivoli 4.0.1 was developed,
there is no this feature yet. Simply use static port instead of dynamic port.
