Resolution:
This error is most commonly due to incorrect application repository location or transport settings in the xml deployment configuration file.
-For a preexisting application, review the &ltrepoInstances > element and be sure the selected location is correct. E.g.:
      &ltrepoInstances selected="rv"> or &ltrepoInstances selected="local">
-If application uses server based repository with RV transport, i.e &ltrepoInstances selected="rv">, review &ltrvRepoInstance> and be sure the service-network-daemon parameters agree with the domain's RV transport parameters set in AdministrationDomain.properties.
This error is easily avoided by pre-configuring the application in the Admin GUI and then invoking AppManage to export the resulting configuration.
