Description
Resolution:
1. Check the available memory on the machine and decrease the value of Xms and Xmx to some suitable value like 256M in the DM config file.
2. By default the value for these two parameters is 1024M.
3. This config file is "DecisionManager.ini" and is located in <TIBCO_HOME>\be\3.0\DecisionManager
