Resolution:
Sometimes, we will see this error in log file when trying to connect to TIBCO Administrator from client application like Hawkagent, Domainutility, and AppManage.
The TIBCO Administrator might start without any error. But connection to the Repository server could not be established. Client utility to the Repository server such as RepoPing always returns failure.
Normally, this is due to loading of wrong TIBCO Rendezvous libraries. Check the tra files for these applications and in the classpath change the references of <tibrv>/lib to <tibrv>/lib/tibrvj.jar. Restart the application and try again.
