After installing iProcess Insight 2.2, we find the process starter (such as File Poller) output is not available for input of subsequent steps in designer.
Environment:

Tibco TRA: 5.6.1
Tibco BW: 5.7.1
Tibco iProcess Insight: 2.2
Symptoms:
========
When try to map the output of a process starter to subsequent activity, no output items can be found.
Cause:

It should be a library loading issue. By default Tibco BusinessFactor (BF) 5.4.0 is shipped with iProcess Insight 2.2. BF related paths are added to designer.tra automatically and it may cause library conflicts.
Resolution:
==========
To workaround, please find the properties tibco.env.CUSTOM_CP_EXT and tibco.env.CUSTM_PALETTE_PATH in designer.tra and move all BF related paths to the end of the class path.
