Resolution:
Yes, the adapter can connect to load balanced EMS Servers.

This feature is supported from EMS 4.4.0 and higher versions. Please refer to the adapter and TRA readme for supported versions of TRA and EMS respectively.

Follow the below steps to configure the adapter to connect to load balanced EMS servers:-

1. Start two EMS servers, with load balance configuration. Eg: ServerA and SeverB

2. Provide the load balanced URL in JMS session endpoints under the adapter services in sessions folder as Eg: - tcp://serverA:7222|tcp://serverB:72223

3. You can use either “connection” or “byte_rate” as a metric to decide the criteria for load balancing.

Depending upon metric, different clients connecting to EMS server check the status of the target server and connect to a particular server.
