Resolution:
The below are the steps to cleanup application deployment files/folders

-  Undeploy/delete the application from Administrator (if it is deployed).
-  Stop Admin, Hawk and tomcat.
-  Cleanup logs from &lttra-domain-name>/logs, &ltbwc-home>/logs (deployment*.log).
-  Delete deployment applicaiton related files/directories from following locations
    - &lttra-home>/domain/&ltdomain-name>/EARDownload/&ltapp-name> folder
    - &lttra-home>/domain/&ltdomain-name>/application/&ltapp-name> folder
    - &lttomcat-home>/work/Catalina/localhost/
    - &lttomcat-home>/conf/Catalina/localhost/
    - &lttomcat-home>/server/webapps/
    - &lttomcat-home>/shared/lib/&ltall jar files and folder>
-  Start Admin, Hawk followed by tomcat.
-  Start WF server and Repo server from Admin GUI.
-  Upload the application.
