Resolution:
Several customers have expressed an interest in Windows CCE (Compute Cluster Environment). Windows CCE is a version of Windows 2003 Server 64-bit Edition targeted at computational environments.

According to the Windows CCE FAQ at http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserver2003/ccs/faq.mspx, there is no need to re-test Windows 2003 code to run on CCE. Therefore, DataSynapse components that run on Windows 2003 64-bit will be supported on Windows CCE.

The Windows CCE license is appropriate for GridServer engines. We are not sure if it is appropriate for FabricServer engines, so you should contact the Windows CCE vendor to be sure.
