Resolution:
A Developer Server configuration of TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM (AMX BPM) is intended for use when you want to perform rapid development and testing of a BPM application which has been designed in TIBCO Business Studio. TIBCO does not support applying a hotfix or upgrading an existing AMX BPM Developer Server installation. TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM hotfix is supported on a Developer Server installation when the hotfix is installed prior to its configuration (install the hotfix in the same TIBCO_HOME and run TCT to configure an environment with the desired hotfix level).
