Description

Resolution:
Please open the hawkagent_&ltdomain>.tra, and add the following line to set the hma timeout value, such as 30000 milliseconds.

java.property.hma.timeout 30000

And then restart the TRA hawk agent (for Unix); Reinstall the TRA hawk agent service and then restart(for Windows) .
