Resolution:
This error occurs when a client application tries to connect to EMS via SSL but is disconnected either due to an application being terminated or the closing of the connection in the middle of the handshaking process. The client information, such as the  user or client machine name, will not be logged by the EMS server as the connection has not yet been established yet. If you need assistance identifying the problem client, collect the network capture (i.e., tcpdump on Linux) covering the time the error happens. Then contact Tibco Support.
