Oracle's Statement of Direction in July 2014, states the supported version of the 32-bit Oracle Client on Windows Server 2012 R2 x64 is 11.2.0.4 and higher but the TIBCO iProcess Engine (Oracle) version 11.4.1 requires version 11.2.0.3. Is it supported?

In Oracle's Statement of Direction issued July, 2014, (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/database/windows/tech-info/sod-oracle-db-win81-win2012r2-2088197.pdf) it states the supported version of the 32-bit Oracle Database Client on Windows Server 2012 R2 x64 is 11.2.0.4 and higher but the TIBCO iProcess Engine (Oracle) version 11.4.1 requires version 11.2.0.3 .
TIBCO Product Management believes that Oracle probably only tested on Windows Server 2012 R2 with Oracle Client 11.2.0.4 rather than there being a technical reason why it would not work with 11.2.0.3 and earlier releases. TIBCO will support the combination of Windows Server 2012 R2 using an Oracle Client 11.2.0.3.0 with TIBCO iProcess Engine 11.4.1 because it has been validated.
