When an adapter instance is configured with 256+ services - it will throw the error,
“Exception in startAdapter():java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException:bitIndex < 0: -1
Impact

Product Limitation
WorkAround
----------------
Limit the number of services in an adapter instance to less than equal to 256. In case, you have more than 256 services tobe configured, create another instance for next 256 services and so on.
Resolution
------------
This issue will be addressed in future release / Hotfix for the adapter.
