Resolution:
A user needs "allmqi" and "dsp" permissions on all the queues in the IBM MQ queue manager for it to browse them in TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for WebSphere MQ 7.4.0. Otherwise, an error "MQRC_NOT_AUTHORIZED" will be thrown when trying to browse queues in MQ server. Request that the MQ server administrator team grants those permissions when the error occurs.
