Resolution:
Support for Oracle 9i ended for TIBCO iProcess Engine when version 11.1.0 was introduced.
This means version 11.0 of the TIBCO iProcess Engine is the last to support Oracle 9i.
TIBCO follow the support policy offered by the vendor, in this case Oracle. As Oracle 9i is no longer a standard supported version TIBCO are no longer producing versions of the TIBCO iProcess Engine that support an Oracle 9i database.
