Resolution:
The ‘0.0.0.0’ host address is normal and expected when the server recovers a connection that was using a fault tolerant URL and therefore was persisted in the meta.db file, when EMS server does not know the IP/hostname of the connection. You may notice
something like [sample_user@0.0.0.0] - EMS will print the user name but the hostname information is not present, hence ‘0.0.0.0’.
