The notes section of the readme indicated that MSVC++ 7.1 is not supported. This is incorrect.
TIBCO ActiveMatrix(R) Implementation Type for C++ 1.1.0 Hotfix 05 supports both MSVC++ 7.1 and MSVC++ 8.0.
