The out-of-box workitem and email forms/templates used in TIBCO Collaborative Information Manager(CIM) 8.2.1 are attached to this Solution (Filename: Templates.7z). These templates can be used to customize them further. The instructions to customize are documented in the CIM Customization Guide, Chapter 2, "Customizing Workitem Forms and Email Templates".
