Resolution:
To execute TIBCO Business Studio command-line task (SDS tasks) you need to use amx_eclipse_ant/amx_eclipse_ant.exe (TIBCO Specific ant) packaged with TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Grid product. You can find amx_eclipse_ant under TIBCO_HOME/studio/version/eclipse. Note that this dependency is only for TIBCO Business Studio command-line task (SDS tasks). You still can use the supported version of standard ant executable for other runtime or deployment task using CLI. Examples: TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Grid environment/host/node creation using CLI, deploying applications, creating Shared Resources, etc.
