This article describes a known wrapper issue when starting the asg-engine.
Symptoms:
********** WrapperMain() - Run Starting **********
Win32WrapperMain() - Not running as a Win32 Service
setupSystemEnvironment()
Invoking command: 8
Cause:
A 32-bit RV Installation on the same server with APIX 64-Bit.
Resolution
First enable:
1). Gateway Debug logging in asg.properties .
2). Engine Debug Logging in asg_core.cdd .
This will provide the reason why the startup is failing. Running asg-engine with --debug will provide info at the TIBCO Wrapper level. To resolve the issue, install the 64-bit version of RV.
