Resolution:
If using topic connection with Data Providers in TIBCO BusinessWorks ProcessMonitor(BWPM), the thread count should be one. If using multiple thread count, durable subscribers for the topic connections should be used. If using multiple thread counts with non-durable subscribers in BWPM, the same message gets consumed several times and we get duplicate attributes (on a single non-durable subscriber).

Example: If using Topic connection with non-durable subscribers keeping the thread count to 5, we see the duplicated 5 attributes. If using Topic connection with durable subscribers keeping the thread count to 5, we get only one attribute and no duplicated attributes are shown.
