Description

Description:
After deploying applications in TIBCO Administrator, how to identify which applications are running on the server? Using the "ps -ef | grep bwengine" command, will display all instances but still it is not possible to identify which applications are associated with which bwengine process.

Resolution

In the deployed application .sh (on UNIX)  or .cmd (on Windows)  file, you can add the "-name" parameter so that it  looks like
"/tibco/bw/<version>/bin/bwengine.exe" --run -name < engine name>  --propFile ....

By running the
"ps -ef | grep bwengine" command, you will see names associated to identify the applications.
