Resolution:
The fix addresses a security vulnerability within Designer, whereby passwords could be improperly exposed to the end-user.

To implement the fix, one must
- install the TRA 5.5.2 HF3 (or higher) onto the developer machine
- ensure that TIBCO Designer is referencing the newly installed TIBCOrt.jar library.
