Resolution:
If a project is created using TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for Files for Unix/Win(FA) prior to version 6.2.1, FA subscription based Designer projects need to have reference to 'ReadSchema' though they only need WriteSchema. From FA 6.2.1 onwards, FA subscription based Designer projects can create WriteSchema manually.
