Description:
BW 5.11 can not use Tomcat after applying TRA 5.8.0 HF07 or 08.
Symptoms:
BW throws the following error: "Unable to complete the scan for annotations for web application [] due to a StackOverflowError. Possible causes include too low a setting for -Xss and illegal cyclic inheritance dependencies. "
Cause:
TRA 5.8.0 HF-06 updated Tomcat library which requires a corresponding fix on the BW side.
Resolution
Apply BW 5.11 hotfix-10 or latest available hotfix.
