There are three roles in Nimbus available for people working with Statement Sets:

• Statement Set Administrator
• Statement Set Manager
• Statement Manager

The first two roles offer broad access to create, delete and modify statement sets. 

The final role, Statement Manager is confined to a particular Statement Set, where they can only create, modify and delete statements. Statement Management rights are assigned by navigating to the Statement Set and right clicking, then selecting 'Statement Managers...'. Users who are Authors, or End Users (with Change or Action Module), can be assigned to the Statement Manager role
