Resolution:
If there is a module property of type Password, then there is no mechanism in BW 6.x to decrypt it in your process or at runtime. Due to security constraints, this cannot be supported as an API or service in BW6. Decryption services are only available as part of a product functionality provided by TIBCO in palettes/activities/plug-ins.
