Description:
Upgrade fails because uorai<ver>.sql scripts are run for versions earlier than the current TIBCO iProcess Engine (iPE) version.

Symptoms:
When the option to upgrade files and database is chosen, during the Oracle upgrade section, uora<ver>.sql scripts are run for earlier versions of iPE resulting in errors being written to the tablelog. The errors relate to tables already existing, for example:

Cause:
The user running the installation does not have write permission to the temporary directory used for the iPE installation set.
