Description:
When deployed, an application that is configured to use the Timer to run once goes in infinite loop.
Symptoms:
Timer activity configured to run once at some interval keeps on executing in a loop.
Cause:
This is a known issue with an existing JIRA BW-8476 in the case when both FlowLimit and MaxJobs is set to 1.
Resolution
Modify the FlowLimit as 2 with MaxJobs as 1. Usually, FlowLimit is configured as twice the size of Maxjobs.
