Resolution:
There are three Authentication types of SMTP server:
Non-Encrypted AUTH
Secure (TLS) StartTLS
Secure (SSL) SSL
In current versions, TIBCO ActiveMatrix only supports AUTH and SSL Authentication type of SMTP server. It does not support StartTLS.
