Description:
"Operation error: unable to create Tibrv Session for DefaultRVCMQSession(MRvSession)." is a general error message. One cause follows.
The CMQ name on DefaultRVCMQSession by default is set as a string which contains global variables "%%Domain%%.%%Deployment%%.%%AppName%%.%%InstanceId%%.CMQ". If the substituted string has more than 50 characters total, the RVCMQ session won't be able to be created due to a violation of the syntax rules of Rendezvous subject names. This will end up with a startup failure on adapter instance.
Resolution
Change the value of any global variable to make the actual CMQ name have less than 50 characters or assign a new CMQ name without using the global variables contained in the default CMQ name.
