Resolution:
The error message will be of the form:
2007 August 02 11:37:04:357 CDT TIBIM.5.0.2V10.CPSEAI_ACCT_WF_A1 Error [IM_CORE] AEIM-200000 "[_BPMBridge-IMIC - startWorkflow] -> Problem connecting to InConcert: Timed out.
One cause of this problem is that when you upgrade TIBCO InConcert server to 7.1 you must also check the box to upgrade TIBCO InConcert Applications. If you did not initially upgrade the applications then start the installer and choose only the upgrade of the applications.
