Resolution:
We configure the TID manager at adapter instance level; hence it is applicable for all services inside an adapter. This is a feature to ensure/confirm the transaction between adapter and SAP end and all the services inside it.
Hence in order to configure the services which you don’t want running under the control of the TID manager, you need to configure different Adapter instance.
