Resolution:
If your company purchased Tibco Rendezvous (RV), you can download RV licenses from http://edelivery.tibco.com through the following steps:

1). Logon to http://edelivery.tibco.com with your TIBCO TSC account.
2). Type "Rendezvous" in the "search products or keywords" field in the right upper corner.
3). Click "TIBCO Rendezvous Standard Daemon (Unix/Win)".
4). Click ""Download"
5). On the "Download" page, select:
 -- Operating Systems: Any operating system in the list is OK.
 -- Read "TIBCO End User License Agreement" and check "I have read and accepted the TIBCO End User License Agreement ("EULA").
 -- Select "Individual file download".
 -- Click "+" in front of the RV version. E.g., "+ TIBCO Rendezvous Software (v 8.4.3)".  You should see "TIB_rv_license_key.pdf".
 -- Click "TIB_rv_license_key.pdf". Rendezvous keys are included in this document. Follow the instruction of this file and copy/paste the keys to the tibrv.tkt file.
