Description:
The BC-tracing related property which is specified in the BusinessWorks project global variable "bc.palette.tracing", works correctly when set to "info" or "debug". However, when the vairable is set to "error", it fails.
Symptoms:
When deploying the BW private process, the following message appears in the logs for that particular private process on process startup if "error" is used as the value for tracing:
"BC Palette [REPORT]: Palette tracing is disabled, unknown tracing option: error"
Cause:
This is a defect and a change request has been filed.
Resolution
As a work around, use the "debug" or "info" properties for the palette tracing property.
