Resolution
With RNIF 1.1, encryption is not possible. The concepts of payload and payload container are introduced in RNIF 2.0 and these concepts are required would be used to encrypt the payload. This have been specified in the RNIF specification. The only way to achieve payload encryption is by using RNIF 2.0.
