Resolution:
While mapping the input from Event payload we notice that only the attributes are being sent but not the elements of the payload, even when there are non-empty nodes present in the payload.

There is a bug in Studio Tester RuleInput when parsing the Event payload data elements (not for data attributes). The workaround is to use BW or external source (GEMS) to send events to BE for testing.
