Resolution:

If Tomcat version 7.0.57 is used with BWPM server 3.0.0, then when trying to re-login with the admin user, it comes to the JDBC settings page and we need to configure them again and download and rerun the script. Also, when trying to re-login with a user created with a BWPM instance, it does not show the Technical and Administration view options on the left and shows the page as blank.

Tomcat version 7.0.57 is not compatible with TIBCO BusinessWorks ProcessMonitor 3.0.0. The Tomcat versions that are supported with BWPM server 3.0.0 are Apache Tomcat Web Application Server 6.0 - 7.0.54.
