Resolution
There are two JDBC drivers available from IBM, db2jcc.jar and db2jcc4.jar. You need to use db2jcc4.jar (JDBC 4.0 implementation) while connecting to DB2 from TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 6.2.x.
