Description:
After upgrading TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Grid software from version 3.2.0 to 3.3.0, the microagent of TIBCO Hawk software does not work due to the following error message in the log of the TIBCO Hawk ActiveMatrix Plug-in software: "com.tibco.trinity.runtime.base.provider.credential.trinity.TrinityRuntimeException: Invalid Key store. TCS Root Certificate not found".
Symptoms:
TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Grid microagent in TIBCO Hawk can not be loaded in hawkagent and throws the following the error messages in TIBCO Hawk ActiveMatrix Plug-in log:
Caused by: com.tibco.trinity.runtime.base.provider.credential.trinity.TrinityRuntimeException: Invalid Key store. TCS Root Certificate not found.
Cause:
Version 1.2.0 of the TIBCO Hawk ActiveMatrix Plug-in will validate the property "trinityroot" of key store. The key store of TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Grid 3.3.0 may not contain the property "trinityroot". Version 1.2.0 of the TIBCO Hawk ActiveMatrix Plug-in may have this issue when connecting to the keystore of TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Grid 3.3.0.
Resolution
Upgrade TIBCO Hawk ActiveMatrix Plug-in from version 1.2.0 to the version bundled with TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Grid software version 3.3.0. Note: Install TIBCO ActiveMatrix Service Grid software version 3.3.0 with a hotfix version of at least Hotfix05 to avoid known issues related to HKAM.
