Resolution
1).Check if the username/password is correct.
2). If there are no configuration issues and you are able to invoke the AES service from other applications, add the following property in your designer.tra/deployed application.tra file:
java.property.TIBCO_SECURITY_VENDOR=j2se
java.property.jsse.enableSNIExtension=false
