From V 9.5.1 of TIBCO Nimbus the functionality was added where Requesting a new Review, and Requesting Authorisation for a diagram or scope of diagrams was possible via the web server.
It is possible that upon trying to do any of these functions via the web server you are unable to see the "Request New Review " and "New Authorisation Request" buttons
Resolution
In order to use this functionality you must have Nimbus configured to use the Batch Server.
To do this please go into the TIBCO Nimbus author client, and go to Administration > System Options
On the General section tick "Use TIBCO Nimbus Batch Server for all support operations" and click OK
Once you refresh the web server, you will now see the buttons appear in order to use the functionality.
You should ensure that the Batch Server has been installed as per the administration guide.
